Christine is a lawyer at AGP, and specializes in company law and M&A. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring/reorganizations and due diligence processes, as well as contract law. Christine has extensive experience of assisting both Norwegian and international companies with ongoing company law advice. Christine also has considerable experience in dispute resolution, and has a background as both acting district court judge and deputy judge.
