Gard is one of the founders and partners of AGP. He works primarily with M&A, equity transactions and gives corporate legal advice. He also assists in connection with various forms of debt financing and commercial contracts. Gard has more than 10 years of experience with M&A, capital markets and corporate as a lawyer in other firms. He has also worked 7 years as an in-house lawyer in various companies, which has helped develop his commercial head and genuine interest within his field of expertise.
