The deadlines apply to, inter alia, mergers, de-mergers, share capital decreases and liquidations which must be registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (also referred to as the Norwegian Company Register).

The following deadlines apply for submissions on paper:
Note that the deadline for paper submissions refer to when the submission has been received by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. In order to meet the deadline, it is therefore important to estimate postage of the documents to the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises as well.
The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has not published deadlines for submission of resolutions that do not require a six-week creditor notice period, e.g. share capital increases.
Such submissions are subject to the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprise's regular processing times, which is updated regularly here.
If you wish to complete resolutions subject to a six-week creditor notice before the end of 2025, you must meet the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprise's deadlines as listed above. We generally recommend estimating sufficient time and starting the process well in advance of the deadlines. In our experience, the processing times of the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises are usually longer towards the end of the year.
