After a hectic period with a record number of companies that have applied for Euronext Growth Oslo, the Oslo Stock Exchange is now making some changes that will apply from 1 January 2022.
- The ordinary listing process is extended to 15 trading days, and the key steps in the process must follow Oslo Børs' pre-determined deadlines. Publication of the company's application will take place 13 trading days before Oslo Børs' processing of the application.
- The possibility is introduced of agreeing on a flexible process where the key steps in the process can be planned on the basis that Oslo Børs will hold an extraordinary admission meeting. The admission process will still take 15 trading days, but publication of the company's application will only take place 3 trading days before Oslo Børs' processing of the application.
- For the particularly well-prepared admission cases, the Oslo Stock Exchange still offers a compressed process ( fast-track ) where the deadlines can be adapted to the individual project. The admission process for fast-track will be extended somewhat and can, according to the changed rules, be completed within 9 trading days and the publication of the company's application will only take place 3 trading days before Oslo Børs' processing of the application.
The changes will apply to companies applying for admission to Euronext Growth Oslo from 1 January 2022.
