Andreas is an associate at AGP. He works mainly with M&A, stock exchange and capital market transactions. He also acts as an advisor in general corporate law matters. Andreas has written his master's thesis and has specialized in corporate law, with further specialization in Business Planning for Mergers and Acquisitions and International Arbitration from Pennsylvania State University.
