Christine is a Managing Associate at AGP, specializing in corporate law and M&A. She has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings/reorganizations and due diligence processes, as well as contract law. Christine has extensive experience in assisting both Norwegian and international companies with ongoing corporate law advice. Christine also has significant experience in dispute resolution, and has a background as both an acting district court judge and a deputy judge.
