Hege is one of the founders and partners of AGP. She has over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She works primarily with capital markets transactions and securities law advice. Hege assists issuers and facilitators in national and international acquisitions and stock exchange listings, among others. She also assists regulated businesses and investment structures in financial regulatory issues.
