With nearly 10 years of experience as a lawyer, he assists a number of companies with general business law advice, including corporate and employment law. Ketil has special expertise in software/IT and technology companies. He has particular experience with cross-border transactions and as key legal manager for the buy & build strategies of LINK Mobility Group, NRC Group and Sikri.
