Kim joined AGP as a partner in 2023. He has worked in real estate and commercial real estate investments since 2008, and has assisted in a large number of commercial real estate transactions over the past decade. Kim also has extensive experience with the management and value creation process that a property typically goes through in the period between purchase and sale, including considerable experience in negotiating leases. Kim is a commercially minded, solution-oriented and pragmatic lawyer who knows which battles are worth fighting in a transaction process.
