Kim joined AGP as a partner in 2023. He has worked with real estate and commercial real estate investments since 2008, and has assisted in a large number of commercial real estate transactions over the past decade. Kim also has extensive experience with the management and value creation process that a property typically undergoes in the period between purchase and sale, including significant experience in negotiating shareholder agreements, leases and other agreements related to real estate. Kim is a commercially minded, solution-oriented and pragmatic lawyer who does not fight unnecessary battles.
