Maria has a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo from 2013, specializing in company law and petroleum law. She primarily works with private M&A, including corporate and contract law issues. She advises Norwegian and international clients in all types of transactions, including acquisitions, equity transactions, demergers/mergers, reorganizations and other M&A transactions. Maria has extensive experience with project management of transactions both in Norway and cross-boarder.
