Peter is debt financing partner at AGP. He advises companies, managers, lenders and financial institutions on all kinds of debt transactions with a key focus on bank financings, HY bond issues (DCM) and direct lending. His practice covers all sectors and are typically international acquisition financings, project financings and corporate lending financings.

He has extensive experience with the structuring of debt financings and is known for his client-focused approach contributing to the client achieving its commercial goals in a secure and efficient manner.

Peter has also a strong track-record within the financing of energy companies and has assisted in many of the largest bank and bond financings in the Norwegian energy market.
